What to Expect

puppy1.pngWe at Wythe Care Veterinary Service, Inc in Wythe County VA want you to know that we strive to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We have a state of the art mobile veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient. We are able to come to your home without the worry of crowded waiting rooms, and other animals making your pet nervous. Within our mobile facility, we are able to examine and treat your pet, vaccinate, as well as perform radiographs, and minor surgeries. Call 276-617-0500 to schedule an appointment and we will find a time that is convenient for you.

Because your pet is part of your family, and they age faster than humans, we recommend twice yearly exams for your pet's health. By checking twice yearly, we are able to perform a full physical exam,

We may recommend teeth and gum cleaning to help keep your pet's mouth healthy, or Radiographs to diagnose problems such as disk disease or arthritis. Dr. Trina Leedy will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Wythe Care Veterinary Service, Inc for your pet's care.

For your pet's benefit, please supply us with any medical history you have on your pet when we come to visit. We recommend you keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important, and we can help you begin keeping a health journal for your pet.

When necessary, Dr. Leedy will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as Cardiology, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, or Surgery.
